FLAXSEED, HEMPSEED AND RAPESEED OIL
In all meals
Pancakes with milled flaxseeds and blueberries
1/2 glass flour, 2 eggs, 1 glass milk, 1 glass water, 1-2tb. spoons rapeseed oil, 1/2 cup JoLive™ milled flaxseeds with black currant, 1 cup fresh or thawed frozen blueberries,sugar, and salt.
All ingredients mix very well together into smoothpaste. Pour the paste on hot frying-pan, each pancakefry from both sides ready.
Sandwich with hempseed oil and milled flaxseeds
Thin slices of bread or toasts, JoLive™ hempseed oil, JoLive™ milled flaxseeds with dill and parsley, feta cheese, cherrytomato, basil leaves.
Slice of bread or toast spread with hempseed oil and then put it on it a bit of feta cheese, fresh basil andslices of tomatoes.
Salad with hempseed oil and whole flaxseeds
Various fresh vegetables and greens, JoLive™ hempseed oil, lemon, spices, 3 tb. spoons JoLive™ whole flaxseeds.
Chop vegetables and greens, add spices, hempseed oil and mix all ingredients together. Strew over with whole flaxseeds.
Whole chicken with honey
1 whole chicken, 2 tb. spoon honey, salt, pepper, juice of 1 lemon, 2 tb. spoons JoLive™ rapeseed oil.
Wash and spice the chicken. Compound oil with honey and lemon juice - rub the chicken. Heat up your oven and roast the chicken for about an hour.
