JoLive™ whole flaxseeds are extremely abundant in healthy nutrients. Ground flaxseeds have a fine nutty flavor. It is advisable to grind flaxseeds every time before consumption to ensure that body ingests all valuable nutrients they contain.
Flaxseeds are recommended for vegetarian and vegan diets. It is advisible to increase the amount of used liquids when using flaxseeds.
Recommended daily intake 30g: 1-2 tablespoons.
In breakfast – add to the breakfast flaks, yogurt, smoothie, porridge, cottage cheese,fruits or soya products.
In lunch – add to the dessert, juice, or other cold drink.
In dinner – add to some previously mentioned product.
