JoLive™ ground and defatted flaxseeds supplemented with prebiotic inulin, quinces and carrots is a tasty and enriching addition to the daily diet. Quinces have nice sweet-and-sour taste and are rich in dietary fiber, protein, Vitamin A, B, C, calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium and sodium. Carrots are the most common vegetables with the highest carotene amount.
Flaxseeds are recommended for vegetarian and vegan diets. It is advisible to increase the amount of used liquids when using flaxseeds.
Recommended daily intake 30g: 1-2 tablespoons.
