JoLive™ ground and defatted flaxseeds supplemented with prebiotic inulin, dill and parsley is a tasty and enriching addition to the daily diet. Dills are rich in Vitamin A, C, calcium; magnesium. Parsley contain Vitamin K and calcium.
It is recommended to use in sauces and soups. It is advisible to increase the amount of used liquids when using flaxseeds.
Recommended daily intake 30g: 1-2 tablespoons.
In breakfast – add to the breakfast flaks, yogurt, smoothie, porridge, cottage cheese,fruits or soya products.
In lunch – add to the dessert, juice, or other cold drink.
